Sailing Yacht Charters on Sita
Sita is a Beneteau First 45f5, she is 13.7 metres long, 4.25m beam and 2.4m draft. Being a 'First' she performs well whilst also being very comfortable and easily handled, thanks to a roller furling headsail; fully battened mainsail in a 'lazy bag' stowing system; a coach roof mounted traveller and no running backstays or other complicated rigging to contend with.

On deck, all lines are led back to the cockpit under integrated deck covers, thus providing a clear, unobstructed area for going forward, sunbathing or just lounging on deck. The cockpit has a folding table for al fresco dining and on the stern there is a large swim platform with boarding ladder and shower. |

Down below there is a spacious saloon with a traditional navigator's station and a longitudinal galley with 3 burner stove, double sink, electrical fridge and engine driven freezer. The saloon table can seat six in comfort and the seating can be quickly converted into an additional berth if required. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player for RYA course presentations and evening entertainment if required. The roomy forward cabin has a Queen Size berth, en-suite heads & shower compartment, good head room and loads of storage space. The two aft cabins have full size double berths and also have good standing room and lots of storage space. They share a heads/shower compartment that is accessed from the saloon. Powerful fans are installed in each cabin to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.
Sita has been extensively refitted and has a new engine, new rigging, new upholstery and a host of other new equipment too numerous to mention. Her instrumentation has been fully upgraded and includes radar, two chartplotters, VHF and SSB radios, navtex, autopilot and the usual depth, speed and wind instruments. She comes complete with wet weather gear, fins and masks for snorkeling, and a 3 meter RIB with 5 Hp outboard engine. Two inflatable canoes can also be provided on request for exploring Phuket's fantastic Hongs.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Sita carries all the safety equipment required by the Royal Yachting Association, the MCA and other governing bodies for a vessel of her size engaged in sail training, chartering and sailing offshore. She complaues to all structural and other requiremnts for Yachts, Sailboats, Bareboats and Boats which are for Charter Rental or Hire.
