Lord Jim
A holiday aboard the Yacht Lord Jim is all about freedom. The freedom to do as little or as much as you please, the freedom to explore, the freedom to discover new pastimes and pleasures. Accommodating six passengers in enviable style and comfort, the recently refurbished Lord Jim offers genuine luxury and infinite choice for you and your family, or for a small group of friends.
We believe that true freedom of choice means no compromise. That's why the Lord Jim is fully equipped for all manner of nautical activities, and why our highly-trained captain and crew are dedicated to making your cruise a truly memorable experience.
Maybe your perfect holiday involves simply lounging on deck with nothing more demanding than a carefully chosen book and a drink. Or perhaps more energetic options spring to mind - water skiing, wind surfing, deep-sea fishing, for instance. Then again, the lure of underwater adventures such as scuba diving could be more to your taste. Or does your ideal holiday take in the discovery of peaceful un-spoilt shores and tropical lagoons?
Built by Camper and Nicholson in 1977, Lord Jim's dependable pedigree was established from the outset. She is an 80ft steel-hulled ketch and was extensively refitted in 2001. In order to meet the high standards that clients expect this craft is constantly maintained and updated.
The decks have been re-laid with seasoned teak, setting the tone for the work that has been carried on throughout the vessel.
On board Lord Jim has one dingy, one kayak, six sets of scuba equipment, two underwater scooters, water skis, snorkeling gear, wetsuits, and dive computers so if you feel the need to explore the colourful coral we can provide with everything you require. And there is deep sea fishing equipment too.
